GOODTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wanted to have it work out, but it just didn't! Charged $1,016 to recharge A/C system. Nothing changed. I was actually wondering if something went wrong during the recharge. The A/C would not pull down any better than it did before their 3 pounds worth of "recharge". They decided the system needed to be replaced. He verbally quoted $11,000. I said I needed to get a second opinion before committing to such a high dollar amount, but please get back to me with an actual quote. After no communication for a week (lower 90's without upstairs a/c), I called him & gave him a chance to tell me why I shouldn't leave him a bad Google review. He said he sent me a text message. When I double checked (while still on the phone) & said he sent nothing, he told me that I should know how it is - "sometimes messages don't get delivered". Really??? We ended the conversation with him telling me he doesn't need me & him telling me I called him a liar (which I did not do - I questioned him on what happened). I DID NOT call him a "liar". That was him jumping from defending himself to offense when he decided to give up on possible reconciliation. I called another company & had a new A/C, furnace, & condenser completely installed four days later for $7,500. Ronnie seemed like a nice guy.
